  • Griffin Dunaway

The First Baptist Church of Plainfield (FBCP) has a new Worship Leader. We are very excited to introduce Griffin Dunaway.

Griffin is an alum of Decatur Central High School and has attended Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church for 25 years.  Griffin joined his church worship team at age 16 providing vocals and playing guitar.  Griffin served our country as a member of the United States Coast Guard from 2012-2016 where he served as a Seaman-Fireman-Engineer.  While in the Coast Guard, Griffin led praise and worship for his fellow servicemen.  After returning home from the Coast Gard, Griffin returned to his home church at Mt. Pleasant Baptist where he has been serving on the worship team and leading worship.

Griffin started on Monday, January 15 and brings with him a passion and energy for worship.  He will be leading worship for the first time at FBCP this Sunday, January 21st.

Please plan to join us at FBCP this Sunday to welcome Griffin to Plainfield and to FBCP.
